Application

1. Prepare the nails and sculpt them using a TONI UV/LED Builder Gel.

2. Apply one even coat of Velvet Eclipse Cat-Eye Gel Polish.

3. Use a magnet to create your desired cat-eye design, then cure under UV/LED for 60 seconds.

4. Seal with TONI Ultra Shine Top Coat and finish by curing under UV/LED.
